Breakfast Casserole

When it's done, it looks kind of like this picture from ClosetCooking.com  (I have never taken a picture of mine, sorry, I'll try to next time.)



1 cup bisquick
1 1/2 cups cottage cheese
8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese (I use sharp)
2 tsp chopped onion (or more, to taste)
1 tsp dried parsley flakes
1/4 tsp salt
6 eggs, beaten
1 cup milk
1-2 cups diced ham

1/2 cup butter, melted

Mix all ingredients except butter in order given. Pour into a 9x13 glass pan. Pour 1/2 cup of melted butter over mixture. Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes.

This is my favorite breakfast dish, by far!! It's so delicious...I highly recommend it :)
